All BP-pulverizers are designed for extremely tough, long-lasting applications and high troughput rates. Both the housing and the moving jaw are FEM-optimized to withstand even the highest forces and continuous high-load operation.
The kinematics of the cylinder and the pulverizer jaw ensure that crushing force initially rises and then does not fall away as much as on other pulverizers. This caracteristic curve makes sense, as the crushing teeth first hve to dig into the material is lying firmly against the jaw faces and crushing can commence. Link...............
